Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase our products. By using our website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18.

Digital products and purchases

Our products are sold through our Etsy shop. When you buy from us, you also agree to Etsy’s Terms of Use, which govern how you use the Etsy platform, including checkout and payment.

Product description

All our products are digital downloads, usually PDF files, including workbooks, journals, planners, and trackers. Each product’s Etsy listing describes what is included. No physical item is sent.

Pricing

Our prices are set in British Pounds Sterling (£) on Etsy. Etsy may show prices in your local currency and adds any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.

Payment

Payments are taken and processed by Etsy. We never see or store your payment card details.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, Etsy makes your files available to download, usually straight away, from your Etsy account. If you have trouble downloading a file, message us through Etsy or email info@thelibertyblueprint.co.uk and we will help.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun with your consent.

By completing a purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was described in the Etsy listing.
  • You did not receive the product and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 14 days of purchase by messaging us through Etsy or emailing info@thelibertyblueprint.co.uk, with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued through Etsy to your original payment method.

Free resources

We offer free downloadable resources, such as the 7-Day Shame Reset workbook. When you download a free resource, you may be asked to provide your email address. By doing so, you consent to receiving emails from The Liberty Blueprint, including recovery tips, product announcements, and helpful content.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing does not affect your access to the free resource you already downloaded.
